Our travel agent, Ligia Landim with Liz Moore Destination Weddings, will be the point of contact for a room questions and for the booking process.

Can I book my trip myself?

No, we ask that all guest book through the room block. We have worked with the resort to hold enough rooms to accommodate all our guest choices. Booking within our room block is required to adhere to our wedding contract and this will also allow you to participate in all our wedding events planned for the week. In addition, you will have the convenience of utilizing our group coordinator and hospitality desk for all service request along with being placed in nearby rooms.

Are kids allowed to come?

YES, this is an Family Friendly Resort

Do I have to worry about food while I am there?

No, the resort is all inclusive. When staying at ROYALTON ST LUCIA they have great food from buffets to sit-down restaurants that are all included with your stay.

Can I book excursions?

Yes, you can but we recommend you not to book any on the wedding day. They have a tour desk at the resort who can assist you with booking them or click on the things to do and you can book there as well.

Do I need a Passport?

Yes, Please ensure you have a valid passport for the duration you are in St Lucia. Passports can take up to three months to come in after applying for them. You may have to pay for expedited charges to have it delivered quicker if you wait last minute. If you do not have one, it is recommended to obtain one as soon as possible. Will transportation be available from the airport to ROYALTON ST LUCIA?

The travel fare to and from the airport in St. Lucia is included in your room payment. Climb aboard your air-conditioned bus and enjoy your included roundtrip transfer from either airport in Saint Lucia. The ride takes less than 15 minutes from Vigie Airport (SLU) and about 120 minutes from Hewanorra Airport (UVF).

Do the guests have to pay their booking all upfront or is there a payment plan available?

You don’t have to pay it all at once! If you book early, you can take advantage of the interest free payment plan! All you have to do is book online through (link will be found under the travel tab, scroll down to the notes of importance section to locate hyperlink). You will fill out a payment authorization form for the deposit at booking, it will give Ligia with Liz Moore Destination Weddings permission to debit your debit or credit card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose. Final balance is due by 7/1/2026 It is interest-free! A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per PERSON is due no later than 6/1/2026 in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.
